Kate Corden

BSc (Hons) Human Biology
Level 3 Personal Trainer

Cycling is my passion.

After completing my degree in Human Biology, I worked in orthopaedic medicine, running an education programme for physiotherapists for over a decade.

Six years ago, we moved our family to the French alps and followed our dream of an outdoor lifestyle of hiking, wild swimming, skiing and most importantly, cycling.

During lockdown I started Personal Training qualification, which I completed after returning to the UK.

Like so many others, the pandemic changed our priorities and we moved back to London to be close to loved ones, but Iā€™m back cycling the alps as regularly as possible, ticking as many of the incredible alpine climbs off my bucket list.

I retrained as a Bike Fitter with the world renowned instructor, Tony Corke from Torque Cycling, to combine my love of cycling and exercise as well as my orthopaedic knowledge, into a career.
