Level 3 Personal Trainer
Cycling is my passion.
After completing my degree in Human Biology, I worked in orthopaedic medicine, running an education programme for physiotherapists for over a decade.
Six years ago, we moved our family to the French alps and followed our dream of an outdoor lifestyle of hiking, wild swimming, skiing and most importantly, cycling.
During lockdown I started Personal Training qualification, which I completed after returning to the UK.
Like so many others, the pandemic changed our priorities and we moved back to London to be close to loved ones, but Iām back cycling the alps as regularly as possible, ticking as many of the incredible alpine climbs off my bucket list.
I retrained as a Bike Fitter with the world renowned instructor, Tony Corke from Torque Cycling, to combine my love of cycling and exercise as well as my orthopaedic knowledge, into a career.
