As a female cyclist and one of the few bike fitters in London who is a woman, I’ve experienced many of the female specific issues and am on hand to advise and help you have a pain free ride.

The process I go through with you, the cyclist, is suitable for everyone. At each contact point between you and your bike, we reduce pressure, strain on joints and improve your position. By improving your balance on the bike, less of your muscles are used for postural control. This increases your overall power without increasing exertion and reduces many of the aches and pains people experience on longer rides.

Dynamic Fitting

All of my bike fits are done on your own bicycle using a turbo trainer or on my adjustable bike fitting jig. It is important to perform the fit while you are cycling as your weight distribution and the pressure on your joints changes as you pedal. I use a combination of observation and feedback from you, the cyclist. Your bike fit will be influenced by your riding style and cycling goals, not a computer algorithm

We will look at videos of you cycling, from a variety of angles, so you’ll understand more about your current riding position and how it can be improved. Each change I make will be explained, so you’ll be involved throughout the process. This is the best way for you to get the most out of the bike fit. Whether you’re a seasoned athlete, weekend warrior, commuter or just someone who wants to be comfortable, a bike fit will help you get the most out of your bike.
